As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

A careerwithinITFTConsultingServiceswill provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leveragetransformationto enhance their customerexperiences.

*Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).

• Work directly with multinational stakeholdersto understand business needs, translate them into actionable insights, and support solution design.

• Apply structured Big 4–grade consulting methodologiesto assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

• Conduct data analysis, KPI tracking, and business performance reviews across functions such as operations, finance, customer experience, supply chain, or technology.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams for system enhancements, integrations, testing, and rollout support.

• Ensure solutions comply with relevant governance, risk, audit, and financial controls.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder reviews, and change management activities.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to standardizing BA practices and templates.

• Proven experience working with multinational clientsand senior business stakeholders.

• Background in Big 4 consultingor structured consulting environments is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, customer journeys, or product lifecycle management.

• Hands-on experience with documentation tools, process modeling (BPMN), and analytics (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL preferred).

• Excellent communication, requirements elicitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
