& Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow professional with 5–8 years of hands-onexpertisein ServiceNow platform development and administration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrations—particularly with Zabbix and Qualys—as well as a deep understanding of ITOM, Discovery, and API-based automation
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations, with a strong focus onZabbix,Qualysand CyberArk
Manage and enhance Request Managementand Knowledge Managementmodules.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, including MID Server installation and troubleshooting
Develop andmaintainintegrations using REST and SOAP APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, including code reviews, documentation, and testing.
Monitor andoptimizeperformance of integrations and workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven experience with Zabbix and Qualys integrations(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Request Managementand Knowledge Managementmodules.
Hands-on experience with ITOM, Discovery, and MID Serversetup.
Proficiencyin REST/SOAP APIdevelopment and integration.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM best practices.
