Product Quality Product / Process Audit
Conducting & supervising product and process quality audits as per defined SOP in plant Regular check and release of blocked & re qualify SLE parts for production based on risk. Ensure SOP of the release process and in case of deviation, regularize the same through concessions (Responsible MOE) Release of daily MIS
Audit coverage and fulfilment.
Plant to plant supplies & AA supplies
Participating in Plant to plant supplies meeting, conduct and supervise regular audit & drive corrective actions Processing IQIS claims and respond as per guidelines
Customer & Plant to plant Incidences/PPM, 8D response time as per upper limit.
Change Management & Q improvements
Inform / Participate during various change management & improvement events (Concession & ECR, trial order approval, PSW/FMEA like walk, LL, IDC reduction etc) & VSO meetings (daily basis) Conducting PPAP audits & report generation
Timely release of ISIR/PPAP batch reports & Plant Targets.
Team Supervision
Conduct orientation & training to newly joiners (including flexi manpower) ensure skill evaluation & development as per plan Support in completion of improvement projects of associates (SCIP, suggestions, VSO, etc). Competency development.
Extended workbench
Conduct Product and process quality audit as per defined SOP at extended workbenches. Adherence to Extended workbench visits/ improvement programs.
Investigation / complaints
Participate in customer complaints Investigation (0 Km, field complaints) to assess failure mode in product Plant targets.
Bachelors degree in engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Industrial engineering.
2+ years of relevant work experience in Quality / Manufacturing (assembly and component manufacturing)
