Responsible for Oversee and manage Electrical Power distribution systems, related utilities, Securitiy system, AV system. Ensure connectivity of various utilities as per business requirement to ensure reliable system and enable the business in compliance with safety and regulatory standards and ensuring that contracted work is performed to the required standards.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the field of Power distribution & maintenance.

- Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring that contracted work is performed to the required standards.

- Competent in usage of problem solving sheet, PDCA, 8D, FMEA, etc

- Awareness of norms as applicable e.g Electricity act 2003, C/RE guidelines, IATF 16949, OHSAS, NBC, IE rules 1956, ISHRAE/ASHRAE guideline etc

- Competent in basic financial concepts and cost benefit analysis

- Ability to lead & manage teams & projects. Team working abilities.

- Positive, innovative and forward thinking towards organisation's vision

- Communication and influencing skills, in person & in writing with internal/external stakeholders. Analytical & Problem solving and decision making skills
Power Distribution System (HT & EHT): Establish & sustain management process, prepare contingency plan, evaluate the life cycle of the equipments & prepare investment plan for 3-5 years. KRA's: Utility Asset performance (MTTR, MTBF, equipment up-time)
Electrical Safety: Ensuring the upkeep of power distribution system as per Electricity rules, C/RE Norms. Coordinate with stakeholders for the compliance of Electrical safety & deviation management. KRA's: Zero incident and accident, Zero legal non-compliance
Digitalization: Preparing road map of connectivity for the Utilities and

proposing investment with cost benefit analysis etc. Use of Data analytics concepts to optimize resource consumption.
Project Management:Implement project management approach for up-gradation of

utilities & support MAE relocation activities ensuring timely completion of projects with key deliverables
Sustainability: Monitoring & Forecasting the Energy consumption and Green energy investments as per long term business plan and proposing investments for Renewable energy/conservation projects
Contractor Management:Implement contract management process and compliance as per HR & HSE policy and guidelines. Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for any deviation management
People Management:Drive GPTW culture and encourage team for developing competencies in Digital and technical fields Collaborate with all stake holders, peer group in the organisation.

BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Knowledge:

  1. Competent in Project Management skills for Infrastructure projects
  2. Awareness of norms as applicable e.g local guidelines, IATF 16949, OHSAS, NBC, IE rules 1956, ISHRAE/ASHRAE guidelines

  13. Advanced Knowledge on the elements used in power transmission/distribution upto 66kV (Transformer, UPS, PDB, VCB,ACB etc.)
  14. Advance Knowledge on HIRA process for the activities carried out, contractor management as per the related clause related to safety and legal requirements
  15. Advance knowledge on digital tools (e.g Power BI, IOT, Analytics etc)
  16. Knowledge of SCADA used in DG sets, operation of AMF/DG
  17. Knowledge of data & server room maintenance guidelines.
