Organization:

NCH-Novato Community HospitalEvaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs in applicable care setting (hospital, ambulatory, inpatient rehabilitation unit, skilled nursing, home health, psychiatric care facility, senior care program). Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment. Supervises students.


EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program: baccalaureate degree in physical therapy.

Master's: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program: master's degree in physical therapy.

Other: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program: doctorate degree in physical therapy.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

PT-Physical Therapist Upon Hire

BLS - Basic Life Support

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Requires critical thinking, complex problem solving, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a demanding environment, balance multiple priorities and take appropriate actions.

Computer proficiency in word processing/typing, basic application and hardware functions required for applicable care setting.

Pay Range is $54.43 to $73.12 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
