The Department of Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center is seeking an outstanding Academic Geriatric Psychiatristto join our growing faculty at the new Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital (TMBHH)in Malden, Massachusetts.
Tufts Medicine, the leading integrated academic health system in Massachusetts, and Acadia Healthcare, the nation's largest standalone behavioral health provider, have partnered to create this state-of-the-art 144-bed behavioral health hospital, designed to transform behavioral healthcare delivery while serving as a primary teaching hospital for psychiatric education across Tufts Medicine and Tufts University School of Medicine.
This is a unique opportunity to help build one of the nation's premier academic geriatric psychiatry programs, caring for older adults with complex psychiatric illness, dementia, behavioral disturbances, and co-occurring medical conditions in a highly collaborative academic environment.

Compensation
Salary range: $275,000.00–$324,000.00,commensuratewith experience, academic accomplishments, and faculty rank.
