We are searching for the best talent for Customer Experience Manager

Purpose: The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for elevating customer experience through insight-led and seamless engagement. The role supports the organization to achieve its business goal by partnering with commercial team and cross-functional stakeholders through digital and omnichannel.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define digital marketing goals and objectives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Managing the organization's online presence, including websites, social media profiles, and other digital touchpoints.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for digital marketing activities.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as advertising agencies and technology providers, to implement digital initiatives.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Building learning and development initiatives by identifying capability gaps and designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that strengthen customer-centric capabilities across the organization.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:

• University Degree or above; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer experience, omnichannel engagement, digital marketing, & consulting; pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, curiosity, learning agility, and ownership. Ability to think strategically and out-of-box while managing details and execution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Content Management: Proficiency in content strategy and creation, including writing, editing, and optimizing content for different digital platforms, is often required.
• Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and social advertising, is essential.
• Digital Strategy, Data Analytics & AI Tools: Strong digital strategy and data analysis skills, with familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, and the ability to leverage AI to track and measure digital performance, enhance work efficiency, generate insights, support content development, automate routine tasks, and accelerate decision-making.
