We are searching for the best talent for SFE Operations Specialist to be in Seoul.

Job Title : SFE Operations Specialist

This position supports Sales Force Effectiveness & Analytics (SFE) activities, including sales data management, incentive administration, CRM operations, reporting, and project support. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to help ensure accurate data, smooth operations, and timely business support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or Support sales data management, reporting, and analysis
  • Support sales incentive administration and related processes
  • Support CRM system operations and master data maintenance
  • Assist with project activities and system enhancements as needed
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business requirements
  • Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • English communication skills preferred
  • Experience in sales operations, business support, CRM, or related functions preferred
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
