• 富士 QCの 試験方法と手順の能力を有する。

• 他の QC 試験者に対して、要求に応じて試験方法や試験検査機器の使用方法などの QC 活動に必要なトレーニングを実施する。

• 会社の方針および GMP/GCTPの指示に従って、試験検査に関わる文書 (SOP、WI、および IQ/OQ および PQ プロトコル) の作成およびレビューを行う。

• 不適合逸脱CAPAの発生時は正確かつタイムリーに処理を行う。

• 技術および GMP/GCTPガイドラインに関する知識を維持および開発する。

• 化学物質及び標準品の購入、保管・在庫管理及びこれらの更新、トラブル対応、廃棄を適切に行う。
• 試験検査結果の完全性と正確性をレビューし、保証する。

• ラボ機器のライフサイクル管理（インストールキャリブレーション検証適格性評価トラブルシューティング更新廃棄）および関連するソフトウェアを管理する。

• ラボ機器の使用記録を月次でレビューする。

• 計画に従って安定性試験と報告をタイムリーに完了する。

• 計画からの逸脱が特定された場合、直ちにエスカレーションする。

• 安全かつ規制要件に準拠し、トレーニングマトリックスで定義されているとおりに作業するために必要な
• GMP/GCTP、EHS、および役割関連のトレーニングを受ける。

• GMP/GCTP コンプライアンス、恒久的な監査準備、コンプライアンスリスクと違反の特定を積極的にサポートする。

• 製品品質照査(APR/PQR; Annual Product Review/Product Quality Review)について予め定められたパラメータにおける結果の集積・解析を行い、日常の工程管理が適切であったかどうかを再評価のためのデータを提供する

• 品質管理マネージャーまたはラボ リーダーによって割り当てられたその他の義務。

• Writesandreviewslaboratorydocument(SOPs,WIs,andIQ/OQandPQprotocols) as directed by company policy and GMP/GCTP.

• Deals with non-conformance/deviations/CAPA in an accurate and timely manner. MaintainsanddevelopsknowledgeoftechnologyaswellasGMP/GCTPstandards.

• PerformschemicalsubstanceandReferencestandardspurchase/storage/stock control/update/trouble shooting/disposal.

• Reviewandensureofintegrityandcorrectnessoflaboratorytestresults.

• Performs lab equipment lifecycle management (installation/calibration/validation/qualification/troubleshooting/update/disposal)and related software management.

• Reviewandarchiveuselogsoflabequipmentmonthlybasis.

• Ensurestimelycompletionofthestabilitytestandreportsinaccordancewiththeplan. Escalates any deviations from the plan immediately when identified.

• EnsuresrequiredGMP/GCTP,EHSandrole-relatedtrainingrequiredtoworksafely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and as defined by their trainingmatrix.

• ProactivelysupportsGMP/GCTPcompliance,permanentauditreadiness, identification of compliance risks and breaches.

• Provide the necessary data for report preparationwhichdefinedthe requirements for Annual
• Product Review/Product Quality Review (APR/PQR),withcompiling and analyzing results
• based on predefined parameters to evaluate routine process performance.
