An important global BPO company specializing in services, technology, and processes is seeking an Innovations & Practice Manager, who will lead the transformation of the company's service portfolio, evolving from traditional operating models toward innovative solutions based on advanced technologies (AI, Data, automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Business Model Transformation

    Lead the transition from standard services to innovative and digital solutions.
    
  • 
    Identify opportunities for improvement and disruption in current operating models.
    
• Service Portfolio Design and Management
  
  • 
    Define, structure, and launch a portfolio of solutions based on AI, advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
    
  • 
    Ensure alignment with market trends and client needs.
    
• Innovation Roadmap
  
  • 
    Design and execute the solutions roadmap in the medium and long term.
    
  • 
    Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and return.
    
• Research & Development (R&D)
  
  • 
    Analyze technology trends (AI, Data, GenAI, automation, CX platforms, etc.).
    
  • 
    Evaluate tools, platforms, and strategic partners.
    
• Pre-sales and Commercial Support
  
  • 
    Actively participate in pre-sales processes by designing innovative client solutions.
    
  • 
    Translate client needs into technology-driven value propositions.
    
  • 
    Contribute to closing strategic deals.
    
• Internal Capability Building
  
  • 
    Define the structure and lead the creation of an internal team of developers, data engineers, and AI specialists.
    
  • 
    Establish methodologies, standards, and best practices.
    
• Transformation Project Execution
  
  • 
    Support clients in transforming their operating models.
    
  • 
    Ensure effective implementation of technological solutions.
    
• Tools and Technology Management
  
  • 
    Select, implement, and manage key technological tools.
    
  • 
    Ensure adoption and scalability of solutions.

Requirements

• +7 years in technology, innovation, or digital transformation roles.
• C1 level English.
• Implementation of AI, advanced analytics, or automation solutions.
• Technical pre-sales in technology, consulting, or digital services companies.
• Data architecture design (Data Architect).
• Experience leading technical teams (development, data, AI).
• Experience participating in deal closing and business generation.
• Process automation (RPA, workflows).
• Data architecture and cloud platforms.
• Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, GenAI).
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Data: SQL, Python, BI tools.
• AI: AI/GenAI frameworks and platforms
• Management: Agile tools (Jira, etc.)
