Job Description
Assist with the coordination and execution of event operations.
Provide support in managing speaker logistics, including scheduling, travel, and accommodation.
Facilitate communication with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Contribute to on-site event management, including registration, guest coordination, and operational support during the summit.
Support administrative and organizational tasks related to event planning and delivery.
Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management tools is an asset.
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani (written and spoken).
