Innovations Coordinator
Location: Mölndal
We are currently partnering with our client, a global leader in life science support services, to recruit an Innovations Coordinator to join their on-site team in Mölndal.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving innovation initiatives with a focus on AI, automation, and digitalisation, supporting both operational excellence and future-focused development.
About the Role
As an Innovations Coordinator, you will act as the central point of contact for innovation-related topics on site. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and the customer to identify, develop, and implement new ways of working that improve efficiency and deliver measurable value.
You will operate both strategically and hands-on, helping translate ideas into practical solutions while ensuring high levels of stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for innovation initiatives, both internally and towards the customer
Drive projects within AI, automation, and digitalisation
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments within innovation and technology
Identify and propose more efficient ways of working in collaboration with stakeholders
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across all service areas
Work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and the customer to implement innovation projects
Partner with other service providers to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support line managers in driving improvements and innovation initiatives
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation
Track and report on initiatives, including savings, KPIs, and performance metrics
Support implementation of new tools, technologies, and innovations on site
Represent the organisation in innovation-related forums
Organise and support trainings, events, and activities related to AI, automation, and digitalisation
About You
You bring a combination of scientific understanding, operational experience, and a strong interest in innovation:
You have a life science background, complemented by experience in project management
You have experience or exposure to Lean / Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
You have participated in digitalisation initiatives or implementation of AI tools
You have experience working in a life sciences, R&D, or regulated environment
Fluent both in Swedish and English

You believe in collaboration and building strong relationships
You are good at prioritising and navigating multiple stakeholders and tasks
You are supportive, adaptable, and comfortable working with different leadership styles
You are not afraid to take ownership and steer change when needed
You have a hands-on mentality and are comfortable working close to operations (“on the floor” when required)
You bring a strong customer service mindset and focus on delivering value
