Innovation Support Specialist

North America

Help turn new ideas into solutions that work in the field. DeLaval is seeking an Innovation Support Specialist to help introduce, test and support new products and solutions across the U.S. and Canada.

In this role, you will coordinate with customers, dealers, field teams and global stakeholders to support pilots, gather feedback, document learnings and help prepare innovations for successful market adoption. Your work will contribute to the Total Customer Experience and help dairy producers benefit from practical, well-supported solutions.

For over 140 years, DeLaval has been driving progress in milk production. Working with dealers across North America, we provide integrated milking systems, consumables and services that help dairy producers address animal welfare, food safety, farm profitability and work efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate local and global support for product and solution pilots, field trials and early-market activities, across all product portfolios.
  • Work with customers, dealers, Sales, Technical Service and global teams to support testing and implementation.
  • Gather, organize and communicate field feedback, customer insights, issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain project documentation, test contracts, status updates, training materials and other innovation support resources.
  • Support launch readiness through field training, communications, demonstrations and knowledge transfer.
  • Track assigned activities and follow through on actions to support timely and effective execution.

  • Curiosity and the ability to learn and explain technical products and solutions.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn relevant business systems.
  • Ability to travel as business needs require.

Experience that will help you succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, engineering, technology or a related field is desirable.
  • Five years of relevant experience in product support, project coordination, technical support, innovation or a related field.
  • Experience in the dairy industry or a comparable agriculture-based industry is preferred.
  • Experience supporting field trials, product launches, technical products or customer-facing projects is preferred.
