What you’ll be doing

Identify Opportunities

  • Research emerging trends in healthcare and social determinants of health, and scout external partnerships, technologies, and innovations to identify new growth opportunities.

Design & Testing Methodologies

  • Apply design and testing methodologies by service design and human-centered design methodologies to shape new programs, partnerships, and business models around real user and stakeholder needs.
  • Design and run proof-of-concepts and structured experiments with partners and cross- functional teams to generate the evidence and learnings needed to evaluate new initiatives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk/benefit assessments to guide decision-making.
  • Shape and adapt the innovation process as the function matures, refining tools, stage criteria, and workflows to fit Hope Network's structure and ways of working.

Execution

  • Facilitate brainstorming workshops, design sprints, and problem-solving sessions to foster creativity and collective ownership.
  • Translate ideas into actionable project plans, ensuring initiatives move from concept to pilot to implementation.
  • Track progress against key milestones, monitor outcomes, and recommend course corrections when needed.

Work Schedule

Onsite Preferred: Monday- Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Optional: Hybrid flexibility

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with diverse teams to deliver strategic outcomes and organizational impact.
  • Experience applying innovation, change management, and human-centered design methodologies to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive meaningful improvements.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or related industries, with experience in market research, strategic planning, business case development, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and systems thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms to manage initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, engage executive audiences, and lead workshops, planning sessions, and strategic discussions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and lead initiatives from strategy development through execution.
  • Collaborative and adaptable leader who builds trusted relationships, embraces innovation, and drives change by turning ideas into sustainable solutions.
