Job Title: Innovation Specialist
Location: Ghent or Brussels, Belgium (On-site)

We are seeking an Innovation Specialist to support the development and execution of innovation initiatives within a dynamic HR services environment. The role focuses on transforming ideas into experiments, pilots, and proof-of-concepts while collaborating closely with business, IT, design, and innovation stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Identify and analyse market, technology, and business trends
• 
  Support innovation managers in validating and testing new ideas
• 
  Facilitate experiments, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
• 
  Contribute to the development of new business models and innovation strategies
• 
  Collaborate with external partners, start-ups, and technology ecosystems
• 
  Support innovation governance, reporting, and portfolio management
• 
  Organise workshops and initiatives that promote innovation culture

Requirements

• 
  Experience or strong interest in innovation processes, experimentation, or product/service development
• 
  Strong collaboration and communication skills
• 
  Ability to structure and drive ideas into actionable experiments
• 
  Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• 
  Experience with design thinking, service design, or innovation methodologies is a plus
• 
  Fluent in Dutch or French, with professional English proficiency
