Job Description

HRSI is looking for Innovation Specialist for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in joint planning sessions for technology transfer products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate execution of agreed actions.
• Involve in transfers & product launches, contributes to provide experimental data obtained during the lab experiments.
• Prepare and maintain BOM documentation for tech transfer, NPI trials, and regulatory submissions (CMC/CTD dossiers)
• Participate in value engineering initiative in relation to formulation, source change and manufacturing lead time reduction in close collaboration with innovation specialist.
• Maintain lab-scale equipment and ensure readiness for experiments and trials.
• Prepare Protocols, report, manufacturing instructions, batch records, and project files for new or modified products.
• Conduct risk assessments for products and raw materials, including new sources.
• Ensure that all activities in NPI lab performed according to current process standards (GMP, EHS, Regulatory) and with required quality.
• Support in all other technical related activities as assigned by line manager time to time
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Educational Background

• BSc in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable MSc. Or Pharm-D.
