Manage global Artificial Intelligence (AI)-related Innovation team projects and facilitate workshops to aid employees to explore
AI innovation contributions and drive project management of development and deployment of solutions.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:
• Project manage and oversee global artificial intelligence-related Innovation initiatives and facilitate project team and
workshop activities working in collaboration with subject matter experts, functional business area leaders, and relevant
stakeholders globally.
• Establish, communicate, and manage project-specific schedules and activities, and develop and maintain key performance
indicators (KPIs) for global AI-related initiatives and technology use.
• Direct, manage, and guide project teams to implement assigned project activities and foster working environment to
encourage collaboration and open idea generation as project progresses.
• Plan, execute, document, track, measure and follow up with AI-related initiative project teams to ensure completion of work
activities aligned with KPIs.
• Project manage transition and maintain involvement monitor progress of innovative AI solutions to appropriate stakeholders
and other support resources (e.g., Legal, Information Services (IS) Security).
• Manage teams of subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and maintain common global AI-related standards,
policies, and guides.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to influence and increase their understanding of Innovation and AI-related initiatives and
value and impact of new technologies on department, business unit, and operating company business strategies.
• Develop continuous learning channel to stay informed of advancements in select emerging technologies (e.g., Internet of
Things (IoT), AI, Machine Learning (ML), Robotics).
• Manage internal research and development activities and develop and maintain external relationships with technology
leaders and academic and corporate partners.
• Other activities, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited degree program in Business, Engineering, or related field of study, advanced degree or
Master’s Degree preferred, with minimum of 4 years of experience in innovation management, product development, or
related role, or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Strong project management skills (e.g., scopes of work, project schedule, KPIs) with ability to lead cross-functional teams
and ability to coordinate concurrent projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and humility working through creative process
• Relentlessly curious, continuous learner, and take initiative to explore and ask questions
• Familiar with organizational change methodologies
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation delivery skills
• Interpersonal skills to develop relationships, influence decision making, and gain alignment with stakeholders
• Familiar with innovation tools and methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup) and emerging technologies (e.g.,
Internet of Things (IoT), AI, Machine Learning (ML), Robotics)
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office suite of applications, and collaborative tools (e.g., Teams. SharePoint)

*The salary range for this position in NYC is estimated to be $122K - $189K.
Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
