Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the organization’s innovation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy
• Identify priority technology areas (AI, automation, RPA, digital solutions, etc.), assess their potential, and initiate their practical application across the organization
• Manage the lifecycle of innovation and AI solutions from idea generation to value realization, including opportunity assessment, ideation, prioritization, testing, implementation, and ongoing support
• Ensure that innovations deliver measurable value by increasing operational efficiency and reliability, enhancing customer experience, and improving financial performance
• Define innovation objectives, monitor value metrics, and evaluate outcomes following pilot projects, implementation, and adoption phases
• Collaborate with business units to analyze processes, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for applying AI and other innovative solutions
• Monitor developments in AI technologies, market trends, and industry best practices, assess their relevance to the organization, and provide recommendations for adoption
• Manage pilot projects involving AI and other innovative solutions and ensure their successful integration into day-to-day operations
• Design and implement AI capability-building, employee engagement, and communication initiatives, fostering an AI-driven culture and promoting best practices throughout the organization
  
  

What do we expect?

• Higher education degree, preferably in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in initiating and implementing innovation, digital transformation, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data flows, IT systems integration principles, and data platforms
• Experience working with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking, or similar)
• Ability to analyze information and data, derive insights, provide recommendations, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to drive change, collaborate effectively across different business units, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and maintain a results-oriented approach
• Interest in emerging technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and innovative solutions, combined with initiative and creativity
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and good proficiency in English
• Experience working with Power BI, Power Platform, or programming would be considered an advantage

Monthly salary: €3,810.00 - €5,710.00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
