岗位职责：

1、与工厂的生产、技术、质量、物流、财务和工程部门以及研发和其他工厂以上的利益相关部门之间建立关键合作伙伴关系，并能够进行跨部门跨职能的项目领导。领导/支持产品/工艺创新项目，以推动产能和生产力的提升。全面负责项目交付和成功的技术转移；

2、负责将新产品从研发、产品线扩展、产品地域扩展引入商业化。重点关注项目和风险管理、技术相关职责以及嵌入质量和生产能力，以确保开发和实施稳定且具有成本效益的制造流程；

3、从业务和技术方面评估机会，以确定可执行性，从工厂各部门收集需要的信息，通过总结工厂能力、所需投资、估算成本和时间表来确定潜在的产品转移机会；

4、协调工厂各相关部门，确保产品符合商业及研发团队共同制定的产品质量及工艺标准，并采用适当的验收标准；

5、制定项目计划，以确保适当的资源，追踪计划执行符合性，并为低复杂度项目制定应急计划。确保风险缓解计划已经在计划中并与工厂质量委员会达成一致； 6、建立并领导/支持项目团队，确保团队与工厂领导团队以及更广泛的组织之间进行有效沟通。确保风险的适当升级和沟通在组织的正确层级进行；

7、理解并遵守所有环境、健康和安全（EHS）及质量法规、公司要求、标准操作程序（SOP）和要求；

8、根据上级要求履行其他职责。

任职资格：

1、药学相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、5年以上制药生产环境中产品引入或工艺优化项目管理经验；

3、项目管理，跨部门沟通能力；

4、有化药固体制剂经验优先考虑；

5、英语可以作为工作语言。
