The Innovation Program Coordinator will support a global internal innovation and technology program focused on stakeholder engagement, communications, onboarding, adoption, and project coordination. This highly visible role will partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and hotel operations to ensure successful execution of AI and technology initiatives.
The Coordinator will support project planning, communication development, stakeholder engagement, onboarding activities, training coordination, website content maintenance, and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional written communication abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Support project and program planning activities by documenting stakeholder requirements and helping translate objectives into actionable plans.
Create and manage project plans, communication plans, timelines, status updates, and stakeholder materials.
Draft and coordinate communications related to project goals, changes, progress, timelines, and next steps.
Develop stakeholder-facing materials including presentations, emails, newsletters, FAQs, training content, videos, and onboarding resources.
Coordinate onboarding efforts for hotels and other business stakeholders adopting new technology solutions.
Organize and support training sessions, Q&A meetings, and stakeholder adoption initiatives across multiple regions and time zones.
Track participation, feedback, onboarding progress, and stakeholder engagement metrics.
Maintain and update website and portal content to ensure project information remains current and accurate.
Work closely with analysts, directors, and leadership teams to support evolving project needs.
Research AI tools, emerging technologies, and adoption best practices and provide recommendations to the team.
Gather feedback and lessons learned to improve future communications, onboarding, and adoption efforts.
Create reports and presentations that summarize project progress, stakeholder feedback, and program outcomes.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, or related fields.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Experience creating presentations, communications, and stakeholder-facing materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience supporting onboarding, training, or change management initiatives preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
