Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Innovation Program Management Consultant to support high-impact innovation initiatives within a mission-focused consulting environment.

This is an on-site position located at Los Angeles Air Force Base, supporting programs related to U.S. Space Command and Space Systems Command innovation initiatives. Due to the nature of the work and client environment, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants and program leaders to support innovation-driven initiatives across emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. The position blends program management, strategic analysis, client-facing deliverables, and emerging technology exploration, offering an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in consulting within the aerospace and defense sector.

WORKSITE:

On-site – Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Standard business hours

PAY RATE:

$50 – $60 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

· Support innovation-focused programs related to aerospace, defense, and emerging technologies
· Assist in managing program timelines, deliverables, and coordination across stakeholders
· Develop structured client-facing presentations, briefings, and program documentation
· Conduct research and analysis to support innovation initiatives and new technology exploration
· Assist in developing approaches to improve mission outcomes, operational efficiency, and technology adoption
· Own specific deliverables and workstreams from concept through completion with guidance from senior consultants
· Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and AI tools that can improve team productivity and program outcomes
· Support development of innovation frameworks, operational concepts, and strategic recommendations
· Participate in meetings and briefings with program leadership and client stakeholders

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or a related field
· 1–3 years of experience in consulting, program coordination, strategy, innovation programs, or related roles
· Strong organizational and program management skills
· Experience developing PowerPoint presentations, analysis, or executive briefings
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting or mission-driven environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Analytical mindset with curiosity about emerging technologies and innovation trends
· Familiarity or comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies in everyday workflows
· Interest in aerospace, defense, or national security missions

Additional Requirements
· Must be a U.S. Citizen
· Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred)
· Ability to work on-site at Los Angeles Air Force Base
