Internship description:
Support the Innovation team inidentifying, developing, andvalidatingnew growth opportunities across the portfolio. The role focuses on turning consumer and market insights into innovation concepts and supporting their development and testing.
What will you do during the internship?
Support identification of new growth opportunities(consumer needs, trends, white spaces)
Assist in development of innovation concepts and propositions
Coordinate and support concept testing and consumer validation
Analyse results from innovation tests and translate into clear recommendations
Contribute to innovation pipeline and portfolio strategy discussions
Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, insights, and commercial teams
Internship duration:
Start date: September 2026, for 6 months
Learning opportunities:
70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.
20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.
10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.

Ideal profile
Degree in Marketing, Business, Innovation, or similar
Prior exposure to innovation, brand, or product developmentis a plus
