
We are seeking an Innovation & Engineering Efficiency Leader to drive the adoption and implementation of cutting-edge technologies across our engineering organization. This role will lead our AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives, while also being responsible for organizational efficiency and continuous improvement programs.
The ideal candidate is a technology-focused leader with strong hands-on experience in IT, AI/ML solutions, and advanced analytics, combined with a strategic mindset to transform how engineering teams operate, collaborate, and deliver value.
Lead and scale the AI, ML, and LLM engineering teams, fostering innovation, technical excellence, and high performance
Define and execute the AI and advanced analytics roadmap, from ideation through production deployment
Drive the implementation of state-of-the-art technologies, including generative AI, automation, and intelligent systems
Partner with engineering, IT, and business leaders to embed AI-driven solutions into core engineering and operational processes
Lead organizational efficiency initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and productivity improvement programs
Identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and speed through technology and data-driven insights
Establish best practices for AI governance, scalability, security, and ethical use
Manage budgets, vendors, and technology partners related to AI and digital transformation
Mentor and develop technical leaders and teams, building a strong innovation culture
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Strong background in IT and software engineering, with proven experience implementing AI, ML, and LLM-based solutions in production environments
Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, data architecture, MLOps, and AI lifecycle management
Experience leading digital transformation or organizational efficiency initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Experience with generative AI platforms, foundation models, and LLM orchestration frameworks
Knowledge of process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar)
Background in engineering, industrial, or technology-driven organizations
Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
