As Innovation Coordinator - Scent R&D Naturals, you will play a key role in driving visibility, coherence and performance of the R&D Naturals portfolio. Acting at the crossroads of science, data, and governance, you will support informed decision‑making and ensure alignment across R&D and PMO stakeholders.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Project & Pipeline Management

• Drive R&D Naturals projects using corporate governance frameworks (Planview, NPI, 5D Taste, LMR initiatives, GRA process, Nagoya)

• Ensure visibility, prioritization and coherence of the R&D Naturals pipeline

• Track milestones, dependencies, risks and key decision points

• Manage the Exclusive Portfolio: status, exclusivity management, planning, forecasting and portfolio dynamics

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

• Analyze and consolidate data related to natural ingredients usage and performance:

  • Internal consumption follow‑up

  • Forecasts for the first years post‑launch

• Cover both:

  • Strategic Portfolio (Signature & Trend ingredients)

  • Exclusive and customer‑specific programs

• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support R&D and leadership decisions

Management Reporting & Decision Support

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for:

  • R&D Director

  • R&D Naturals Leads

• Support arbitration on:

  • Project and portfolio prioritization

  • Resource allocation

  • Portfolio rationalization

Cross‑Functional & Cross‑PMO Coordination

• Act as a key interface with PMOs across:

  • LMR

  • Scent R&D

  • Fine Fragrance

  • Consumer Fragrance

• Ensure methodological alignment and data consistency across functions

• Support the R&D team on Quality management topics at the Grasse site (LMR)

What Makes You the Right Fit

Requirements

• Solid familiarity with:

  • R&D pipelines and portfolio governance

  • Natural ingredient lifecycle

  • LMR and ingredient governance logic

• Ability to interact credibly with scientists as well as quality and regulatory teams

Background

• 2 –6 years of experience in:

  • R&D PMO

  • Portfolio management

  • Innovation operations

• Within industries such as:

  • Fragrance

  • Flavor

  • Cosmetics

  • Ingredients

  • Life sciences

How Would You Stand Out?

Skills

• Strong mastery of portfolio management tools (Planview or equivalent)

• Advanced data analysis capabilities (Excel++, Power BI, Tableau or similar)

• Strong understanding of:

  • Portfolio KPIs

  • Stock, usage and sales triangulation

  • Reporting for senior leadership

Mindset

• Structured, rigorous and synthetic thinker

• Comfortable operating within governance frameworks

• Strong ability to manage interfaces and networks, not only projects
