We are there from the earliest engagement with clients when we help them clarify their digital strategy and product goals through exciting workshops. Then we drive the product concept from early vision to detailed screen designs. We produce customer journeys, wireframes, UI designs, brand and visual concepts, animations, and everything in between to create truly innovative products. We don't create designs for the shelf, our ideas are put into action.
We are a team of 30+ designers across multiple offices empowering and upskilling each other, let that be technical support or overcoming a creative block. Our strong community ensures we keep each other engaged and inspired and always find new ways to grow together.

At Supercharge, we help clients turn ideas into digital products, AI solutions, and measurable business outcomes. We work end to end - from uncovering opportunities and shaping strategy to designing and delivering solutions with our product, design, and engineering teams.

We’re looking for consultants who can help clients identify the most valuable use cases, shape automation and product initiatives, and lead discovery work with confidence. This is a consulting-heavy role, but not a pure strategy role. We’re looking for people who want to work on solutions that actually get built, launched, and used. We work at the forefront of innovation, building AI Agents, intelligent automation workflows and B2B/B2C apps.

You’ll be a strong fit if you combine business thinking, facilitation skills, and digital product sense with enough technical understanding to separate real opportunities from hype.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Lead discoveries & shape opportunities: Plan and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities that help clients move from vague ambitions to concrete, prioritised opportunities. Ensure that the stakeholders are aligned and the project is moving forward.
• Shape AI & digital projects: Act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating AI adoption and digital transformation. Help them understand where AI creates real business value - whether through new products, process automation, or intelligent workflows - and translate that into a clear direction.
• Scoping projects: Turn client requirements into well-defined scopes that are strategically sound, technically realistic, and commercially viable. Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure what we propose can actually be delivered.
• Map and untangle complex processes: Work with clients to understand how their business / product actually operates — across customer-facing products, internal apps, and back-office workflows alike: how process steps connect to each other, where bottlenecks and pain points are, and where reorganization, digitalization or AI can make a difference.
• Support business development:Partner with our Business Development team to identify and shape opportunities early - mapping client needs, spotting innovation gaps, and articulating the value of AI or digital investment in a way that resonates with decision-makers.
• Turn vision into a plan Create the documentation that brings your ideas to life - from strategic presentations to process maps, feature specs, automation blueprints and AI prototypes.
• Cooperate with Product Strategists and Designers Drive the discovery phase end-to-end, working side-by-side with our Product Strategists to gather insights and make product / AI recommendations. After discovery closes, help provide strategic oversight throughout, serving as the primary client-facing lead.
• Align with the technical team Work side-by-side with our Solution Architects & AI engineers to check the proposed solutions for feasibility, effort, and cost - then translate those findings into clear, client-ready recommendations.

What makes you thrive here:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, management consulting (with a digital transformation focus), or a mix of the above. Experience in our key target industries (Insurance or Energy) is a plus, but system thinking and intellectual curiosity matters more than industry pedigree.
• Strong understanding of business processes, organisational dynamics, and how digital and AI initiatives create (or fail to create) real value. If you've built business cases or taken part in process optimization projects before, that's a strong plus.
• Strong facilitation, interviewing and workshop design skills: you've designed and led sessions that drove real outcomes. You know how to extract valuable insights from participants, maintain momentum, and navigate disagreement or ambiguity.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills: You're equally comfortable presenting a room of senior stakeholders and working directly with a startup founder. You can simplify complex ideas, translate technical constraints into clear, digestible messages, and land a clear recommendation with any audience.
• Solid understanding of AI and emerging technology: you know the landscape well enough to identify the right tool or approach for a given problem, call out hype from real value, and guide clients toward sensible decisions. You're comfortable holding technical conversations with AI Engineers and Solution Architects. A genuine interest in technology is a must; hands-on experience with AI products or automation projects is a strong plus.
• Ability to articulate product scopes: you can define precisely what needs to be built, providing sufficient context for designers and engineers to execute. Hands-on experience writing business requirements, product scopes, or feature specs is a plus.
• Strong product taste and concepting ability: you can take a fuzzy problem or an AI capability and shape it into a compelling product or automation concept. You know what good looks like, and you're not afraid to prototype with AI tools.
