We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Innovation Banking- Credit Solutions (Analyst/Associate).

In this role you will:

• Evaluate companies across new economy and tech / tech-enabled sectors
• Analyze business models and unit economics, including ARR/MRR growth, churn, CAC/LTV, contribution margins and cohort trends, burn rate and cash runway
• Build detailed financial and cash flow models to assess debt serviceability, liquidity profile, sensitivity and stress scenarios
• Work on a range of financing situations, including working capital financing, liquidity/runway financing, acquisition and expansion financing, structured and bespoke credit solutions, venture debt and growth debt structures
• Support growth capital and structured finance style transactions, including senior and subordinated debt and structures warrants, revenue-linked and cash flow–linked structures, collateralized or covenant-lite as appropriate
• Negotiate deal terms and term sheets with founders, management and investors
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for investment committee discussion
• Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including due diligence coordination, documentation and legal negotiations, closing activities
• Monitor portfolio companies, including covenant compliance, operating performance tracking, early warning indicators
• Interact regularly with VCs, founders, bankers and advisors across SEA

To be successful you will need:

• 3–5 years of experience in one or more of: venture debt; private credit or structured finance to growth companies; venture capital/growth equity; corporate or acquisition financing for tech-enabled businesses
• Strong financial modelling , investment memo writing experience; presenting deals to an investment/credit committee; transaction execution experience including legal documentation; portfolio monitoring
• Strong understanding of tech and tech-enabled business models, cash flow dynamics of high-growth companies, credit risk assessment and mitigants
• Familiarity with Singapore/Southeast Asia startup and tech ecosystem preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
