Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV) is seeking a curious, collaborative, and analytical problem solver to join our team as an Innovation Analyst in Omaha, NE. The Innovation Analyst plays a key role in advancing the Business Optimization & Innovation team's mission to drive process improvement and operational excellence across the organization. This position identifies inefficiencies, develops creative solutions, and leads change initiatives that deliver measurable business results and create competitive advantage.
In this role, you’ll manage projects from idea through implementation and adoption, partnering cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to life. Leveraging your knowledge of the natural gas industry, you’ll help shape how the business operates - driving meaningful change, improving user experience, and enabling smarter, more efficient ways of working.
