Job Description

Position: Innex, Digital Product Manager

Location: Any NI Terex Location

Reporting to: Director, Telematics & Digital Solutions

Innex is a new brand focused on transforming the Heavy Equipment industry through innovative digital solutions. Our mission is to empower equipment dealers with modern digital tools that enhance sales, service operations, customer engagement and data driven decision making.

As Digital Product Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our digital products—shaping the product vision, defining requirements, and delivering scalable solutions that serve equipment dealers, service teams and end customers, ensuring our solutions are intuitive, scalable, deliver measurable business value, and are aligned with real world industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with brand strategy
  • Identify market opportunities within the Heavy equipment dealer and customer ecosystem.
  • Translate customer needs into product strategy and roadmap
  • Own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Product Owners. IT, UX, engineering and data teams to deliver high quality solutions
  • Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility
  • Engage directly with dealers, technicians and business stake holders to gather insights and to validate concepts through direct feedback.
  • Support sales and marketing with product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive adoption, engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Define KPI’S, monitor product performance and communicate progress, risks and outcomes clearly across the organization

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification and/or relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge / experience in Product Management, preferably in digital or SaaS products
  • Proven experience owning products from concept through launch and iteration
  • Good English communication skill, both written and spoken.
  • Good Presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to translate business problems into technical and user-focused solutions
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience in heavy equipment, industrial, automotive, agriculture, or dealer-based industries
  • Familiarity with dealer systems (ERP, CRM, DMS), telematics, or OEM integrations
  • Knowledge of B2B platforms, marketplace solutions, or multi-tenant SaaS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A “Can do” attitude and ability to interact with a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative with minimal supervision along with the ability to proactively plan and prioritise own workload
  • Able to assess workload and commit to realistic timelines.
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Can identify risks both technical and commercial with proposed product change or new product
  • Position is based from any N. Ireland Terex Location with scope for remote working
  • Some International travel will be required.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking
