The starting pay range for this position begins at $18.62/hour and is based on the level of qualifications and relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Flex: A position working an average of 20-29 hours per week (between 1000 - 1559 hours/year).
Schedule can vary, but is generally 8:00am - 4pm, Friday through Monday
The Maintenance Engineer II position will be responsible for repairs, and maintenance, upkeep and operations of materials, supplies and components of the Inn.The Maintenance Engineer II will be working on interior and exterior projects that include plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, electrical and HVAC work. The position will also assist in other areas of Maintenance as assigned, such as preventative maintenance of Inn public areas and guest rooms. The Maintenance Engineer II will work with an Engineering team focused on the exceptional service of the Guests of the Inn on Biltmore Estate.
