Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a proven track record of developing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business analysts to identify and refine automation requirements.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure ongoing efficiency and performance.
• Create detailed documentation for developed processes and procedures.
• Provide support and training to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to auto

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of cognitive automation and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with process modeling and automation frameworks.
• Advanced/Master Certification in Automation Anywhere.

Years of experience required:

4+yrs to 7years of total experience with at least 4 years of hands-on UiPath development and platform support

· Prior experience working on enterprise-scale UiPath implementations (multi-bot environments, COE-led delivery)

Education qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3+ YEARS with Automation Anywhere and other RPA tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
