Responsibilities:

Tomanage& deliverimplementation and supportengagements related toSAP GRC solution implementation i.e., Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access Transactions (SAT) Ruleset Design & Reviews, Business ProcessControlsand ITGC Controls Review,SAP Role Redesign, S/4 Transformation/Migration Programs, SAPSecurity Support andProject Management in a SAP environment covering SAP modules.

RequiredSkills

• Managing a portfolio of clients and assignments.

• Developing relationships with key internal and external channels in support of on-going delivery and future business development

• Identifyingnew salesopportunities

• Managing the development and delivery of technical proposals and developing relationships with senior client staff

• Shouldhave helped clients inidentifyingthe best GRC technology, defining the overall architecture, deploymentroadmapetc.

• Shouldpossesstechnical knowledge with SAP Security authorization concept including user and role management

• Should have strong technical and functional understanding of Internal Controls / Segregationof Duties Framework

• Should have collaborated with different teams to define technical and functional requirements, toidentifyand resolve theclient needs & activelyparticipatein client discussions and meetings

• Should haveoverall project lifecycle experience starting from therequirement gatheringtill hyper care support phase

• Shouldbe able tomanagewith thetimelycompletion of tasks, development of client deliverables and status reporting

• Should be able to collaborate with the team members to providetimelyand meaningful feedback, updates leadership on the status of issues and progress of resolution

• Project finance management and risk management experience will be preferred

• General knowledge of how various GRCsoftwaresare stacked up against each other

• Knowledge of business processes ofthe keymodules likeprocureto pay, order to cash,financeetc

• Should have implementationandsupportexperience withSAP GRC Access ControlorProcess Controlor Risk Management(version 12.0 experience preferred)or SAP Audit Management

• Should be able to lead andassistwith the engagements related to SAP GRC and other GRC applications

• Should have SAP Security experiencein either of the following applications: SAP ECC or S/4 Hana, MDG, BW, SAC, CRM, SRM, HR, IBP, BODS, Ariba(role redesign or S/4 migration experience preferred)

• Shouldhave knowledge of user provisioning processes and security maintenance processes & related leading practices

• Knowledge of SAP business processwill be an added advantage

• Should be able to performoptimizations and assessmentsof already implemented GRC solutions

• Technical SAP skills and a general understanding of accounting principles

Will have to manage a team of consultants and guide them on the project, leadtheprojects,clientpresentations,project management and manage client relationships. The SeniorConsultantwillassistin creating proposals and developingbrochures.
