You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

& Summary:We are looking for seasonedProgram Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Own product vision & roadmap for PCN's data analytics and AI solutions across clinical, financial, and operational domains.

  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation to launch - for dashboards, predictive models, and inference analytics.

  • Bridge business, engineering & clinical stakeholders to align product strategy with measurable outcomes.

  • Lead agile execution - backlog management, feature prioritization, UX prototyping, and release planning.

  • Apply deep US healthcare domain ability - delivery models, payment systems, PHI/data governance, and compliance.

  • Present the applied concepts to the executives forthe commercializationpurposes.

  • Who We Are Looking For

  • 8+ yrsin product management / healthcare analytics; 4+ yrsin domain-driven digital product management.

  • Proven delivery of end-to-end data/AI productsin matrixed, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong in product strategy, agile/scrum, data analytics (descriptive → predictive → inference), and UX design thinking

  • Epic/Clarity/Caboodleand AI/ML in healthcareexposure preferred.

  • Executive presence, analytical rigor, customer-first mindset, and flexibility for US time zones

  • Proven record of accomplishment of working withthe dataprofessionals to produce an enterprise leveloutcomes

  • High adaptability in terms of changing business needs.
