& Summary:Program Manager
Responsibilities:
Work with theproduct,design and engineering teams for driving projects. Identify and mitigate risks.
Track internal and external deadlines.
Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with cross-functional teams.
Manage communications to provide project clarity to team members and management.
Facilitate and drive meetings – Planning, Project tracking, Retrospectives, Weekly sync-ups etc.
Create Release reports and other such reports
Identify problem areas, partner in defining/modifying processes and new process implementation.
Process implementations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality parameters
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track key performance indicators
Handle project scope changes, risk management, and mitigation planning effectively
Communicate regularly with geographically spread teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in program management.
8+ years of overall technology experience, knowledge of software development methodologies, and significant program management experience
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and writing skills.
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse and cross-functional teams,abilityto drive consensus.
Experience with JIRA and confluence.
Work Location:
