Oracle Financials is an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and more. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system.

We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance

*Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Collaborate with Oracle technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans tailored for Oracle projects.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, Oracle Primavera, etc.).

  • Manage change management processes including impacts, approvals, and documentation in Oracle projects.

  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, steering committee presentations, and prepare project reports for senior management.

  • Identify potential risks and issues, proactively driving mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Work closely with PMO governance teams ensuring compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth handover to operations/supportteamspost-deployment.

  • Mentor and guide project team members and junior PM resources.

*Mandatory skill sets

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with managing Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, or related Oracle technology projects.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle modules (e.g., Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Applications) and enterprise project lifecycle.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Oracle Primavera, or equivalent.

  • Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
