Responsibilities:

• Looking for candidates with solid deal execution experience in front-end investment banking with the following technical and soft skills.

• Primarily drive deal execution with strong focus on deal execution skills covering the following aspects:

• Solid knowledge of sell and buy side investment banking process,

• Ability to prepare high quality collaterals such as teasers, informationmemorandum, financialmodel, etc.

• Ability to handle investor due-diligenceprocessindependently, articulate valuation pitches, responses to due-diligence queries, etc.

• Ability to scan the market continuously andmonitortransaction and investor activity inthe space

• Preparation of investor long and shortlistsleveragingmarket scanning and marketmonitoringskills  andundertaking outreach for marketing,

• Solid industry research skills for market sizing, competition landscape, research for trading and transaction comps, research for transaction activities, investor activities, investoridentificationand outreach,

• Supporting negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation / deal closure.

• Support senior team members with business development pitches (valuation and pitch presentation) and internal administrative matters related to investment banking activity such as engagement letters, etc.

• Activelyparticipatein client meetings and calls.

• Highly motivated individuals who can take initiative and drive results. Ability to managemultiple mandates, work under timepressureand meet tight deadlines. Ability to adapt and navigate through ambiguous and complex circumstances.

• Prior investment banking experience in the infrastructure sector and MBA from Tier-1 B-schools will be an added advantage.
