Responsibilities:
Looking for candidates with solid deal execution experience in front-end investment banking with the following technical and soft skills.
Primarily drive deal execution with strong focus on deal execution skills covering the following aspects:
Solid knowledge of sell and buy side investment banking process,
Ability to prepare high quality collaterals such as teasers, informationmemorandum, financialmodel, etc.
Ability to handle investor due-diligenceprocessindependently, articulate valuation pitches, responses to due-diligence queries, etc.
Ability to scan the market continuously andmonitortransaction and investor activity inthe space
Preparation of investor long and shortlistsleveragingmarket scanning and marketmonitoringskills andundertaking outreach for marketing,
Solid industry research skills for market sizing, competition landscape, research for trading and transaction comps, research for transaction activities, investor activities, investoridentificationand outreach,
Supporting negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation / deal closure.
Support senior team members with business development pitches (valuation and pitch presentation) and internal administrative matters related to investment banking activity such as engagement letters, etc.
Activelyparticipatein client meetings and calls.
Highly motivated individuals who can take initiative and drive results. Ability to managemultiple mandates, work under timepressureand meet tight deadlines. Ability to adapt and navigate through ambiguous and complex circumstances.
Prior investment banking experience in the infrastructure sector and MBA from Tier-1 B-schools will be an added advantage.
