As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Responsibilities:

Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer 

Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of EmployeeCentralall functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.

Create an absence time type and a time account type.

Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees

Must have independently led the design workshops forcustomer 

Musthave an understanding ofleading practices and industry best practices 

Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central

Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location

Musthave an understanding ofthe end employee life cycle on the SF platform 

Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll and other systems

Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
