& Summary:

This role provides an opportunity to make acareer in Human Resourcesand work for theAssurance line of serviceThe focus isonhelping theAssurance HC leader manage and deliverQMSE and other national projects for theAssuranceLine of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact forQMSE related work for Assurance HC Tasks include:-

  • Perform risk assessment for HCin consultation with theQMSE Lead/Assurance HC leader

  • Perform risks to control mapping for HC in consultation with theQMSE lead/Assurance HC leader

  • Manageprocess and policydocumentation in Service Now

  • Perform ongoing monitoring,to ensure timely identifications of red flags and highlight them toQMSE lead/Assurance HC leaderfor corrective actionsand for driving improvement in HC processes

  • Collaborate with extended HCteams,e.g. TA, HC operationsand other CoEs, in driving and executing QMSE related actionables.

  • Manage QMSE audits, NFRAaudits,and other audits, as applicable Prepare and represent HC in such Audits.

  • Implement and execute special/national HC projects within the line of service, in conjunction with the Assurance HC Leader 

  • Proactively discuss and propose new HR initiativesprocesses to theAssurance HC leader

  • Collaborate withAssuranceHC leader to act on the changing needs and priorities of business and develop an appropriate HR strategy to meet business objectives

  • Work closely with theBU HCteam in driving thepeople agenda for the practice

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Project management

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to influence/persuade stakeholders

  • Understanding of general HC policies and processes

  • Usage of AI in driving projects

Preferred skill sets:

  • Strong leadership capabilities

  • Open to learning and comfortable to work in a continuously changing environment.

  • Proactive and robust thought process.

  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
