As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. Mandatory skill sets:

Knowledge management is the process of creating, sharing, using, and managing the knowledge and information of an organization. The goal of knowledge management is to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation by making the right information available to the right people at the right time. Recommended certifications are ITIL Intermediate Service Transition, Service Operations.

Preferred skill sets:

ITSM certifications are good to have.

8 to 12 Years

Education qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlog.
