## Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Manager** with expertise in **Technology-led Business Process Improvement** to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on driving digital transformation, integrating IT-OT systems, and supporting business development strategies within the **Technology & Services** sector. This is a **Full-Time Employee (FTE)** position . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, business transformation, and energy sector knowledge, coupled with leadership skills to manage projects and stakeholders effectively. ---
## Key Responsibilities
### Digital Transformation & IT-OT Integration - Enable digital transformation initiatives in utilities, such as smart grids and digital operations. - Support the integration of IT and OT systems to improve operational efficiency and performance. - Drive the adoption of AI and analytics applications within the energy sector.
### Business Process Improvement - Lead technology-driven business process improvement initiatives. - Provide actionable insights and solutions to enhance operational workflows.
### Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies & Business Development - Support the development of Go-To-Market strategies for energy and digital solutions. - Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the energy and technology sectors.
### Program Management & Stakeholder Coordination - Manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines. ---
## Experience & Qualifications–
**Education**: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree.–
**Experience**: Minimum of 7years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, or the energy sector. - Strongunderstanding of power, renewables, transmission & distribution, and energy storage. - Familiarity with policy and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector. - Demonstrated expertise in program management and stakeholder coordination. ---
