We have an exciting opportunity for a senior specialist to join our team as Injury management Advisor (IMA), where you are responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of injury management and return-to-work programs across Mondelēz Australia and New Zealand. Operating across multiple State and Territory jurisdictions, the role ensures the organisation meets its legislative and regulatory obligations under each applicable workers' compensation scheme.
The IMA acts as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to the business on all matters relating to workers' compensation, injury management, and return-to-work. The role partners with senior leaders, People & Culture, and external providers to drive early intervention, sustainable return-to-work outcomes, and continuous improvement in injury management performance across the ANZ portfolio.
