We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced
Injection Moulding Machine Operator
to join our client's plastics production line. This role will focus specifically on Preform and Cap Injection Moulding operations using
Krones
and
Nestsal
machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and monitor Krones and Nestsal injection moulding machines for the production of preforms and caps.
• 
  Adjust machine parameters as needed to ensure optimal performance and consistent product quality.
• 
  Conduct routine equipment checks, perform minor maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues with the injection moulding machines.
• 
  Ensure that all moulded products meet the required specifications by conducting basic quality control inspections.
• 
  Maintain accurate records of production volumes, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• 
  Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with company and safety standards.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• 
  A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a plastics manufacturing environment, specifically with preform and cap injection moulding processes.
• 
  Proven experience operating Krones and/or Nestsal injection moulding machines will be a strong advantage.
• 
  A solid understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting techniques, and quality assurance practices in injection moulding.
• 
  Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment.
