Your assignments

• Execute, plan and schedule project
• Assure CAPEX investment timely spent
• Participate on the development and the implementation of new technologies
• Support the smooth technology transfer of mold, injection molding machines
• Participate to the standardization of best practices on Injection Molding
• Participate to global projects
• Support Value Streams in product development evaluation of moldability and cost evaluation
• Creation of URS for Injection Molding related equipment
• Engage suppliers/vendors to coordinate the bidding process with Procurement
• Lead the concept review, design review with internal process owners and external potential suppliers
• Leading DQ, FOT, FAT and SAT, IQ, OQ of the CAPEX projects
• Lead equipment implementation
• Monitoring and reporting of CAPEX expenditure for each project

Your profile

• Mechanical engineering degree with experience into a field of production
• Minimum 5-years’ experience in the business and in molding process
• Knowledge of latest injection molding machine technologies on the market
• Work experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
• Dialysis products skills
• Capacity of analysis, synthesis, creativity, strategic vision
• Team building
• Communication skills
• Knowledge in CAD drawing (2D, 3D)
• Minimum bilingual (English, German) written and spoken
• Ability to travel
