Job Description

Our manufacturing team is focused on creating parts needed in the aerospace industry.

Summary of the Role:

You would be responsible for performing a variety of manual, semi-automated, or automated tasks necessary for the manufacturing of product while maintaining productivity and on-time delivery. As an injection mold operator you would operate a press to produce molded product per engineering standards. Once the parts are molded, you would inspect the parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run injection mold machinery, including downloading and running programs.
  • Monitor part quality and remove excess material.
  • Part mark and package finished products.
  • Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:30am to 4:00pm

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of injection molding experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to set up machines and dry/test material.
  • Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges for visual and dimensional inspections.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs.

The final compensation offered to the candidate may be based on geographical location, work experience and/or skill level. Additions to the compensation packing, including but not limited to paid time off, insurance benefits and 401(k) eligibility, will be outlined at the time of the job offer.

Compensation range: $23.00-26.00/hour
