We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Injection Mold Design Engineer to join our dynamic advanced technology engineering team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with the development and design of intricate injection molds, ensuring their effective production through cutting-edge methods such as injection molding and 3D printing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their application designs and provide expert guidance to optimize them for efficient production through injection molding and 3D printing technologies.

• Lead the development and design of complex injection molds, utilizing your expertise in concepts such as parting lines, slides, unscrewing mechanisms, collapsible cores, and seamless integration of automated part handling.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Injection Mold Design Engineer, showcasing a strong background in designing intricate molds for various applications.

• Proficiency in conceptualizing and implementing advanced mold design concepts, including but not limited to parting lines, slides, unscrewing mechanisms, and collapsible cores.

• In-depth knowledge of the integration of automated part-handling systems to enhance overall production efficiency.

• Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends related to injection molding and 3D printing.
