Service ProfessionalWe are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a summer seasonal position starting in March and April through August for our locations across the US. The individual we are looking for is someone that enjoys working in a team environment but can excel working at an individual level.
*This is a general posting for the Initial Service Professional position across the US.*
Wage is determined based on the location you are selected for
Eligible for overtime and summer bi-weekly bonuses
Company vehicle provided
Responsibilities include:
Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
Collecting payments for services rendered
Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with state and federal laws
Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
Advise customers of potential problems
Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
Maintain proper inventory of pesticides
Complete virtual monthly mandatory trainings prior to the season (will vary by location)
Obtain and maintain required licenses
Qualifications:
This is a great summer opportunity with no experience necessary; we will train you
A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 2 years is required
A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)
A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
