Initial Hygiene is looking for an enthusiastic, natural-born problem solver with a great attitude to join our team as a Hygiene Installer on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You'll Be Doing

• Product Maintenance & Installation: Perform installations, repairs, and removals of our products within customer washrooms. This includes First Aid servicing, steam treatments, hardware setups, and item replacements for example
• Route Management: Work efficiently to a planned schedule within your assigned zone.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, liaising effectively with both internal stakeholders and external contacts.
• Quality & Improvement: Stay aware of client needs on-site and spot opportunities to improve service standards.
• Mainly covering the Northern Suburbs and all the way out to Bendigo, Seymour area

What We Need From You

• We take care of all the training, but you will need:
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
• Confidence using mobile phone apps and tablets for daily scheduling and service logging
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to complete pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment, references, and a police check
