Caregiver Duties

As a Caregiver, your role will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Offering dependable, one‑on‑one support in clients’ homes
  • Adapting to different schedules, shifts, and client needs

Caregiver Qualifications

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we provide and pay for Caregiver training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Successful completion of a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • A caring, dependable attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
