Mettre en production et soutenir les équipements d’implantation ionique et de fours atmosphériques
Participer au développement, à la caractérisation et à la mise en production de nouveaux procédés
Collaborer avec les techniciens et opérateurs pour améliorer les opérations
Résoudre des problèmes liés aux équipements et aux procédés
Optimiser la performance des équipements (qualité, coûts, disponibilité, cycle)
Assurer le suivi et l’amélioration du contrôle des procédés
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques manufacturières
Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes (requis)
Fortes aptitudes en collaboration et communication (requis)

Bring ion implantation and atmospheric furnace equipment into production and provide ongoing support
Participate in the development, characterization, and production of new processes
Collaborate with technicians and operators to improve operations
Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues
Optimize equipment performance (quality, cost, availability, cycle time)
Monitor and improve process control methods
Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing practices
Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems (required)
Strong collaboration and communication skills (required)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively (required)
Knowledge of silicon microfabrication (required)
Experience with ion implantation, thermal oxidation, or diffusion (required)
University degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, or a related field (required)
Bilingual in French and English (required)
Knowledge of MEMS, CMOS, packaging, or PCB technologies (an asset)
