The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Votre mission :
Rattaché au Responsable Qualité, vous êtes l’interlocuteur qualité client et le support de l’Ingénieur Qualité Fournisseur (SQA) en phase de développement, et du client en vie série. Vous aurez en charge de :
- Vous assurez la qualité produit/process, de la cotation à la qualification, ainsi que durant les 6 premiers mois de vie série.
- Participer aux revues de projet et animer les réunions qualité.
- Développer et déployer les outils de prévention qualité (AMDEC, plan de validation, etc.).
- Proposer des améliorations du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ).
- Assurer la validation des pièces (PPAP) et auditer les processus fournisseurs, notamment selon la méthode VDA.
- Gérer les non-conformités et les bases de données qualité internes et clients.
- Suivre le degré de satisfaction client et optimiser les mesures de tri et retouche.
Profil recherché :
- Formation supérieure en qualité ou plasturgie, vous possédez une expérience dans le secteur automobile d’au moins 5 ans
- Vous maitrisez la norme IATF ainsi que les core tools de l’industrie automobile, une certification auditeur VDA 6.3 serait un plus
- Vous parlez couramment anglais. La maitrise de l’allemand serait un plus.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils qualité tels que AMDEC (produit et process), APQP et 8D ou Red Cross
- Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des méthodes qualité, des constructeurs automobiles européens et de l’audit de processus
- Vous possédez des connaissances de base en dessin industriel et avez de grandes capacités d’organisation.
