Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités dans le Secteur Aéronautique, vous aurez en charge de la gestion de la performance sur une ligne de production / ligne d’assemblage
Missions principales
Analyser la performance d’une ou plusieurs entité(s) de production ou d’assemblage
Animer et piloter la performance et les améliorations des lignes de production en charge
Déployer les standards de performance industrielle
Identifier les causes de non-performance et les opérations à faible valeur ajoutée
Définir et piloter les plans d’actions d’amélioration
Communiquer sur l’évolution de la performance
Expérience : Une expérience réussie dans ce secteur d’activité est attendue, idéalement 1 à 2 ans post-diplôme.
